Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installation of wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Perform system inspections and diagnostic testing under supervision
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Participate in 200+ hours of paid technical training annually
- Document work activities and maintain equipment inventory
- Travel to various job sites within the Kansas City metro area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
