Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Identify and report electrical hazards or safety concerns
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently for wiring and conduit work
- Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical circuits and components
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Complete documentation and job reports accurately
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain California electrician trainee permit
