Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial electrical installations and repairs
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Safely operate hand/power tools and test equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Install and maintain electrical components including wiring, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Orlando metro area
