Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with guidance
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Participate in hands-on training sessions and skill-building workshops
- Document work progress and maintain project logs
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot electrical issues
Qualifications
- No electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 12 months
- Team player with excellent communication skills
