- Use hand/power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Identify and report potential electrical hazards or code violations
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – training provided
- Basic understanding of math and technical concepts
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
- Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
