Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential/commercial electrical systems under supervision
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Perform troubleshooting and basic repair tasks
- Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit testing
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Pennsylvania Electrician Trainee License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and components
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
