Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians and Journeymen with electrical installations, including wiring, lighting, and outlet replacements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems and components.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assemble and install electrical fixtures, such as ceiling fans, light switches, and outlets.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and site conditions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; trade school certification or apprenticeship is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow instructions and safety manuals.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Current eligibility to work in the United States.
