Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical specifications
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Perform diagnostic testing and repairs on lighting, HVAC, and power systems
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and climb ladders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain journeyman certification with company support
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
