Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications under supervision
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in on-the-job training and skill development
- Respond to emergency service calls when required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to earn industry certifications (paid training provided)
- Local Tampa area residency preferred
