Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations under supervision
- Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain clean job sites
- Document work progress and maintain equipment inventory
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training sessions
- Follow all OSHA and California Electrical Code regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
