Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation and repair tasks
- Follow safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
