Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Learn and apply electrical codes and safety protocols
- Install wiring, conduits, and electrical components
- Perform troubleshooting and basic repair tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain PA electrician certification
- Pass background check and drug screening
