Responsibilities
- Assist in installing residential/commercial electrical systems
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Adhere to NEC and California electrical codes
- Participate in safety compliance drills
- Maintain clean job sites and equipment inventory
- Document work progress and materials used
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
