Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testingMaintain clean and safe job sites per OSHA standards
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
- Document work progress and material usage
- Support troubleshooting and repair tasks under supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to obtain PA electrician license (company-sponsored)
