Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA/NFPA standards
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool management
- Document project progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of electrical principles (technical school/vocational training preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
- Willingness to obtain Arizona electrical trainee certification
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
