Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations
- Learn to read blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and equipment mounting under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and electrical codes
- Participate in hands-on training sessions covering electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and assist with inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Nashville
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Commitment to completing our 6-month apprenticeship program
