Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit breaker installations
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic hand tool proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain Arizona electrician trainee license
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tucson metro area
