Responsibilities

- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup
- Follow strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC, California Title 24)
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California electrician trainee certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and tools
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
