Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and wiring.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Operate electrical testing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates on job progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; technical certification or trade school is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the electrical trade.
