Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects and troubleshooting
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical faults efficiently
- Assist in upgrading systems for energy efficiency and modernization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, climb, and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to obtain Georgia electrician license within 6 months
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic tool proficiency (multimeter, wire strippers, conduit benders)
