Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks including stripping wire, bending conduit, and terminating outlets.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA standards and local electrical codes.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be willing to obtain an Ohio Electrical Apprentice license.
- Basic understanding of math and measurement tools.
- Physically fit and able to stand, climb, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
