Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Document work performed and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school certification preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and circuit theory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain required state electrical licenses
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle tools/equipment
- No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training
