Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install wiring, conduits, fixtures, and electrical components under supervision
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper tool inventory
- Document work completion and report project progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
