Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential/commercial settings
- Inspect electrical components for safety and functionality using diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to execute installations accurately
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and National Electrical Code standards
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects and troubleshooting
- Document work progress and maintain organized job site records
- Respond to emergency calls during weekend shifts for urgent repairs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Willingness to obtain Texas electrician license within 6 months
