Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Use hand/power tools safely to complete electrical tasks
- Perform safety checks and adhere to OSHA regulations
- Install wiring, conduits, and circuit breaker panels
- Troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training
- Reliable transportation to job sites
