Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings under supervision
- Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to execute electrical projects
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify electrical issues
- Ensure all work adheres to National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Assist senior electricians with panel upgrades, wiring, and fixture installations
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for emergency repairs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Willingness to obtain state electrician license within 6 months (training provided)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) essential
