Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with safety codes and OSHA regulations
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment efficiently
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using systematic problem-solving methods
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
