Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation of electrical systems and components
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing under supervision
- Inspect electrical equipment to identify hazards and maintenance needs
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
