Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers following safety protocols
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary - we provide training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to obtain electrician license within 12 months
