Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagramsEnsure compliance with safety codes and OSHA regulations
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Maintain organized workspaces and clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to job sites across San Diego County
- Team player with excellent communication skills
