Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols for all projects
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and circuit testing
- Inspect electrical components and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Document work progress and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required (we train!) but willingness to learn essential
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Philadelphia metro area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
