Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation of electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and component assembly under supervision
- Conduct preliminary inspections and testing of electrical equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Document work progress and materials used in digital systems
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to travel within Ohio for project assignments
- No experience necessary - full training provided
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided during onboarding)
