Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Texas state regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and meters
- Perform rough-in, finish work, and system troubleshooting
- Document work orders and maintain job site cleanliness
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Journeyman license within 18 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
