Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs using diagnostic tools
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wiring, and panel installations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrician license within 12 months
