Responsibilities
- Install and maintain residential electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for common electrical issues
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist senior electricians with panel upgrades, wiring, and fixture installations
- Document work orders and maintain project progress reports
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and load calculations
