Responsibilities
- Assist in installing and maintaining electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics under supervision
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support senior electricians with material handling and equipment setup
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekly training sessions to build technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong commitment to safety and learning
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain certifications (company-sponsored)
