Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install and wire lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers
- Conduct safety inspections and adhere to OSHA and NFPA standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work performed and inventory usage
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and terminology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
