Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform residential and commercial electrical wiring, lighting installation, and outlet replacement under supervision.
- Equipment Setup: Assist in the setup of generators, HVAC systems, and other electrical equipment.
- Inspection and Testing: Help conduct basic electrical inspections and troubleshoot minor circuit issues to ensure safety standards are met.
- Project Support: Support senior electricians with large-scale projects, including conduit bending, panel upgrades, and smart home installations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Work Ethic: Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Tools: Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required as we provide company-issued equipment.
