Responsibilities
- Assist in installing residential/commercial electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Safely operate hand/power tools for wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on electrical circuits
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in weekly safety training and skills development workshops
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
