Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in residential/commercial installations
- Learn to read electrical blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit testing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Participate in safety training and equipment certification
- Support troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required (we train from scratch!)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
