Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial installations
- Read blueprints and electrical schematics under supervision
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local building codes
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting tasks
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to obtain Florida electrician license (company-assisted)
