Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in residential/commercial electrical installations
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems
- Follow strict safety protocols and NEC compliance standards
- Read blueprints and technical schematics under supervision
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical fixtures
- Document work progress and maintain job site cleanliness
- Participate in ongoing skills training workshops
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and lifting 50+ lbs
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain NC electrical license within 2 years
- Pass background check and drug screening
