Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer consultation
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Complete apprentice training modules and certification requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No plumbing experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Eagerness to learn and commit to a 12-month apprenticeship program
