Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to determine work requirements
- Operate power tools, pipe cutters, and diagnostic equipment safely
- Perform inspections to identify plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Adhere to building codes and safety regulations at all times
- Assist senior plumbers with complex installations and emergency repairs
- Maintain clean job sites and proper tool inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Washington state plumbing certification within 6 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Seattle
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
