Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture replacements under supervision
- Conduct preliminary inspections and diagnostic assessments
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Learn and apply local plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide courteous customer service and support team coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout San Jose
- Willingness to obtain California plumbing certification within 6 months
