Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture assembly, and drain cleaning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Document work completion and inventory usage
- Participate in on-the-job training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Washington State Plumber's Apprentice License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
