Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture replacements under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for residential/commercial projects
- Use power tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and on-the-job training modules
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of tools/materials
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety excellence
