Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for project specifications
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and testing methods
- Ensure all work complies with Michigan building codes and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative services
- Collaborate with contractors and clients for seamless project completion
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout workday
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Metro Detroit
- Willingness to obtain state plumbing certification (company-sponsored)
