Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations under supervision
- Diagnose basic plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate job documentation
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Nashville
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
