Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical specifications for project layouts
- Use hand/power tools for pipe fitting, soldering, and fixture installation
- Conduct inspections to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with Ohio plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on residential and commercial sites
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills for accurate installations
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (we provide training)
